• Developed video images processing engine using Aforge Framework.
• Developed an engine using OpenCV framework to detect/recognise patterns (consumer product packaging).

Galaxy, Inteligence Street Lighting Control and Monitoring Systems - R&D / Developer Design, develop & test modules :

• Developed I/O backend software to interac with Digi controller board to control Zigbee switches.
• Using MSMQ to link communication between web-based UI and backend software.
• Using Google map engine to map street light locations and events.

Malaysian Highway Authority, Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (TCSS) - Developer / Technical Design, develop & test modules :

• Using Mapguide Server, as GIS based solution for mapping road congestion data.
• Using Milestone SDK, for developing video image recording and monitoring module, including video wall projector for Control Center.
• Developed and maintain NTCIP protocol based web service for data integration with all expressway concessionaires. Data is serialized as XML for transportation.

SDE/LKSA/LATAR/LEKAS/EDL/PB Data Integrations with Malaysian Highway Authority TCSS - Integration Technical Consultant / Developer Design, develop & test modules :

• Integrate traffic data from consessionaires to MHA Control Center using NTCIP protocol over IP.
• Data transportation methods used serialized XML data & SOAP.
• Maintain central web service hosted at MHA data center.

Indonesian National Police, POLRI: Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (TCSS) - R&D Developer / Technical Lead Design, develop & test modules :

• Integrate CARMEN LPR card & SDK, for Automatic License Plate Recognition module.
• Integrate & extract data from SODI Autovelox for speed violation detection module.
• Trafficon integration for vehicle detection & violation modules.
• Developed application using IndigoVision SDK to stream CCTV videos to the web based survaillence application and for the video wall.
• On site & remotely troubleshooting.

RapidKL: Fleet Tracking Software & Passenger Information System - R&D Developer / Programmer Design, develop & test modules :

• Developed and maintain PIS SDK & PIS self maintenance/monitoring application.
• Integration with BSDR System for scheduling and ETA calculation.
• Integrate with MapIT's map tiles & POIs using Google map engine to map bus routes & locations.
• Manage huge data volume from AVL tracking unit, including processing, data mining & archiving.

Second Penang Bridge, Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (TCSS) - Software Technical Lead / Programmer Design, develop & test modules :

• Developed and maintain SDK for VMS and DRS.
• Drawing GIS map layers using MapInfo based on given CAD files, images and google map.
• Integrate with CCTVs using Verint SDK.
• Designed and developed PLUS integration module for VMS and DRS adhoc messaging involving old Penang Bridge currently owned by Plus Expressway.
• Developed web-services as back-end feeds to be used by native mobile applications (IOS & Android).
• Involved in FAT, SAT & UAT involved parties.

• Developed and maintain SDK for VMS controller.
• Maintain VMS Server Application.
• Maintain VMS modules interaction / communication with Itac application.
• On site troubleshooting, in case of operation failures.

• Develop frameworks for portal & content management modules.

In most of the projects, I have to initiated and maintain documentations for 3rd parties system integrations, system developments & implementations. Main Databases used in most projects are Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL & MS Access. For UX development, mostly web-based are using HTML, CSS, XML, JQuery. For reporting tools, I'm using Active Reports, Crystal Reports, MS Excel & HTML+CSS. Programming languages used for development: VB6, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET & Javascript. VB6 & C# are less used since most development are using VB.NET & ASP.NET.
